1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any ZMQ Trading mobile application ("App") or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our Apps or services.

2. Use of Our Apps

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our Apps
  • Use our Apps for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Apps
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within our Apps and website are owned by ZMQ Trading - FZCO and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription fees are charged according to the billing cycle you select. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZMQ Trading - FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Apps or services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our Apps after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
